Mr. Wayne Johnson is the Owner and Founder of Ashton-Group Services, LLC (AGS). Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management from Salisbury State University. AGS provides Accounting, Contract, Security, HR support to government contract companies located from Northern Virginia to Aberdeen, MD with a concentration in Central Maryland.

Mr. Johnson oversees all relationships with AGS and is an outsourced CFO for AGS clients, ranging from small to mid-sized commercial and government contract companies. Mr. Johnson is responsible for day to day financial operations, planning, budgeting, and managing of financial risk for these companies. Mr. Johnson brings to this position over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, tax, consulting, business management, insurance, benefits, contracting, and accounting systems knowledge.
