Ms. Stephanie Foster is the Deputy Office Chief supporting Financial and Contract execution activities for the agency’s Research Directorate. She has an 11-year tenure with the agency spanning different phases of the acquisition life cycle from new and innovative research efforts to existing efforts among High Performance Computing, Collection, ISR and Access, so her experience stretches from cradle to grave. Ms. Foster has built the reputation of an industry and academic partner through creating strong, healthy partnerships all while being able to effectively communicate agency and mission requirements and solve tough acquisition problems. Outside of the agency, she currently serves as the secretary of the Executive Board for I Am O’kah [pronounced okay] - a non-profit organization helping high school girls in Baltimore learn about, define, and prepare for future career success.
