Heather Hogan is an experienced leader, educator, and lifelong learner. As President of Red Arch Solutions, she is responsible for the entire operations of the company. Her roles include business strategy and development, customer engagement, employee satisfaction and development and quality assurance.

Heather has more than 20 years of technology and consulting experience. She has worked with small to mid-size companies to design, develop and implement innovative data sharing best practices across the Intelligence Community. The result has allowed analytics to get to the right warfighter at the right time. Prior to working in the IC community, Heather spent 6 years in the Childcare/Education Industry where she was an Elementary Special Education Teacher.

Heather earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a Special Education focus from NC Wesleyan College, and a Master Certificate in Government Contract Management from Villanova University. She is also PMP and CAL certified and is a member/volunteer of Girl Scouts Central MD, MD STEM Festival, and a Foster Care life coach.
