Bill joined the M&T Investment Banking Group in January 2012 and is responsible for business development, advising clients on mergers & acquisitions, and deal execution. Bill’s focus and industry expertise is within the IT and government contracting market. Prior to the joining the M&T Investment Banking Group, Bill was a middle-market commercial lender with M&T focused exclusively on the government contracting sector in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. This focus allowed him to provide customized financing solutions for government contracting clients as well as leverage information and networks to talk strategically with clients about industry dynamics and the competitive landscape. Bill graduated with a BA in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and a MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
