Bill is a co-founder and the president of Nexxis Solutions. Prior to this new venture, he was a principal and co-founder of Praxis Engineering, where he was its President and led the Executive Management Team. In this role, he was responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of Praxis. He has over 35 years of experience in software and systems services focused on providing solutions to the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. Bill worked in various capacities as a software and systems engineer before becoming an independent consultant in 1992 and co-founding another successful software consulting firm in 1995.

Bill is currently the AFCEA Regional Vice President for Maryland and leads the Meade Business Connect committee for Fort Meade Alliance. He was formerly the Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of the AFCEA Central Maryland Chapter.

Bill holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
